Since renewable energy resources are inexhaustible and can provide a secure, guaranteed and long-lasting income, and taking into account the fact that Romania has aligned itself with the European norms of energy production from renewable sources, S.C. AUKERA ROMANIA S.R.L. has included in its program, the installation and operation of three wind power plants, located in different areas of Romania.
NBB Renewables has been contracted to provide its expertise for the execution of this project and to create a predesign to be used in further phases of the project.
The project includes a total of 28 wind turbines, located on land corresponding to the cadastral numbers mentioned above.
The model of the wind turbines has not yet been decided, so based on the requirements in the technical documents for the largest turbines such as Siemens, Nordex, Vestas and GE, in the 6 MW power range, NBB Renewables have designed a platform model on which any turbine model from the 4 companies can be built, we have also designed the roads and their curves so that trucks with the largest blade model or other attachments needed to build the wind farm can pass.
The design was made for a generic WTG with the main characteristics of the WTG considered: Rotor up to 170 m and HH up to 150 m.
During the predesign phase, a meticulous and thorough development process took place for the wind power plant. This encompassed a detailed examination and planning of various critical elements, including the layout and configuration of the plant, establishing efficient access routes, analyzing terrain levels, and addressing other crucial aspects essential for the successful implementation of the project. Furthermore, NBB Renewables conducted multiple meetings with the design team throughout the predesign phase to ensure that all aspects align with the client’s expectations. These sessions aimed to facilitate a collaborative exchange of ideas and information, fostering a thorough understanding of the project requirements and ensuring that the design process accurately reflects the client’s vision.
